Description
The meeting point is at the San Pedro Belize Express Terminal (Belize City), specifically at the Atlanta Express Office, where ticket checks occur. Arrive 15 minutes before departure. The office is easy to locate, especially for passengers coming from San Pedro Island, Ambergris Caye, or Caye Caulker.
The bus travels to San Ignacio, where it stops to board and drop off passengers. From there, it continues to the Belizean border with Guatemala for immigration and customs procedures. Passengers must carry their luggage through the border.
A Belize departure tax of USD 20.00 or BZD 40.00 (cash) is required; there is no fee at the Guatemalan border. After completing immigration, passengers board the bus again and travel to Ixlu, the crossing point for Tikal.
At Ixlu, passengers change transport to continue to Tikal National Park. Arrival includes drop-off at one of the following hotels:

- Hotel Tikal Inn
- Camping de Tikal
