Pickup is at 6:00 AM from your hotel in Tikal. You will be provided with the necessary immigration forms to enter Belize.
The journey includes driving to Ixlu, the crossing point between Tikal and the Belize border, where passengers transfer to a shuttle bus shared with other travelers.
At the Belize border, all passengers must disembark to complete personal immigration and customs procedures. Travelers must carry their own luggage during this process. The driver will wait a reasonable time for completion before continuing the trip.
After completing border formalities, the shuttle proceeds to San Ignacio, where travelers can be dropped off or board, followed by Belize City, specifically the San Pedro Belize Express Walter Taxi terminal, for those staying in Belize City.
Passengers traveling to Caye Caulker or San Pedro Ambergris Caye will receive a voucher from the driver for the ferry service. This voucher must be exchanged for a boarding pass at the Atlanta Express Office before boarding the ferry operated by San Pedro Belize Express Walter Taxi Company to their island destination.
