The journey begins at 6:50 am with multiple pick-up points in El Remate, including Pozada el Cerro, Mon Ami, Casa de Ernesto, Doña Tonita, Las Gardenias, Sun Breeze, Brunos Place, Pozada Ixchel, El Muelle, and Aruma.
Upon boarding, the driver provides information and immigration forms required to enter Belize. Travelers must keep their luggage with them during immigration and customs procedures, as these are done individually.
After completing border formalities, the bus continues for approximately 25 minutes to San Ignacio, followed by a two-hour drive to Belize City. The drop-off point is the San Pedro Belize Express Walter Taxi Terminal.
Passengers heading to Caye Caulker or San Pedro Ambergris Caye receive their boat tickets from the driver. Boarding passes must be collected at the Atlanta Express Office inside the Belize City terminal.
Depending on border processing times, passengers may take the 12:00 pm or 1:30 pm ferry. The ferry journey takes about one hour to Caye Caulker and approximately one and a half hours to San Pedro Ambergris Caye.
