- Physical requirements: This tour involves moderate activity—walking, climbing at Xunantunich, and a short jungle hike to the caves. Participants should be reasonably fit and comfortable in water
- What to bring: Swimsuit, towel, water shoes or sturdy footwear (no flip-flops), sunscreen, insect repellent, and a change of clothes. A waterproof bag is recommended
